Common conditions include anxiety disorders, depression, and attention-deficit\/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Numerous youth and young adults experience mental health challenges or disorders that interfere with their development and daily life activities. These challenges are compounded by the rapid physical and emotional changes that characterize this stage of life.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mental health issues significantly affect academic performance. Research suggests, that\u00a0 students with poor mental health are more likely to struggle with concentration, have lower grades, and have higher dropout rates compared to their peers without mental health issues source.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The American Psychological Association (APA), states that early identification and intervention can significantly improve outcomes for young people with mental health issues.
